The person behind P2P

Bee Fattal

Coach. Mover. Food Lover.

I combine my sports nutrition, movement and coaching education and experience to help translate theory into actionable practice. I want to know the person you are now so I can help you become the athlete you strive to be.  I want to know your day-to-day life, your relationship with food, and the demands of your sport, and  we build from there together.

Experience meets evidence

I hold a postgraduate diploma in Sports and Performance Nutrition from the Centre of Integrative Sports Nutrition in the UK. I’m also a qualified sports coach and fitness instructor, currently teaching classes in mobility and Pilates.

My background training in osteopathic and manual therapy techniques and pain science at the Skandinaviska Osteopathögskolan in Sweden shapes my coaching approach. The osteopathic principle of finding the health in the person remains central to how I work.

As a former competitive roller derby player, I coached the German national team and a Berlin league team on an international level to many successes. These days, I compete in regional Swedish dog agility and spend my free time bouldering and hiking.

As a Pilates instructor and passionate amateur baker, I see the world through mindful movement and a celebration of food. Food accessibility and equity also underpin my nutritional ethos.

  • Fuelling for sports at altitude
  • Hypermobility Ehlers-Dahnlos Syndrome (hEDS)
  • Nutrition for injury rehablitation and recovery

Personal as well as professional

I live with hEDS myself, so my interest in hypermobile athletes is personal as well as professional. I understand that training, recovery and everyday life don’t always fit a neat template and can look very different from person to person.

In addition to this, I have a keen interest in Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (aka REDs) and nutrition for athlete's training and competing at high altitudes (trail runners, climbers, winter sports, etc.).

My focus is on practical nourishment and fuelling strategies that respect your individual circumstances and complement your performance goals.

More than fuel

Food is connection, culture and joy!

Food is more than just fuel. It carries memories, traditions and experiences. It’s shaped by time, money and access. There’s room for all of that in a performance nutrition strategy - not just the numbers on a plate.
